Nicholas has been with PicNet since the beginning of 2004 and currently manages the IT Managed & Support Services business.

In addition to his managerial duties he is also a Project Manager of IT Infrastructure Projects for PicNet’s clients and has been instrumental in the success of a number of key IT Projects for clients.

Nicholas’s IT engineering background also makes him a Level 3 Senior engineer when the need is there for PicNet and its clients.

Nicholas’s technology skills lies predominately in the Microsoft domain, but also has skills and experience with products from other vendors such as Cisco, Citrix, Symantec, Riverbed, Blackberry, Watchguard, Computer Associates, Dell and Hewlett Packard.
