PicNet has now completed Eyre Care version 4.2 for Pfizer Australia. As part of an ongoing partnership, PicNet's team of developers continue to provide Pfizer Australia with the technical expertise required to ensure they remain at the forefront in the area of disease management software solutions.

PicNet originally developed Eyre Care for Pfizer in 2002 and has continued to produce new enhancements of the software to ensure that it meets the evolving needs of both Pfizer and their customers.

The Eyre Care software is produced with IP from Pfizer and the Eyre Peninsula Division of General Practice (EPDGP). Eyre Care is a Desktop Application designed to help GPs provide Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) for Chronic Disease Management, Health Assessment and Home Medicines Review.

Eyre Care 4.0 was released in November 2005 with support for GP Management Plans (MBS 721) and Team Care Arrangements (MBS723). These two items were part of the Federal Government's new Chronic Disease Management program.

Eyre Care 4.2 has now been completed and was released in early May 2006.
