PicNet's RMS is a web-based monitoring solution allowing our technicians to view the status of your network from any Internet enabled web-browser. We have a number of large screens constantly showing the status of your system / network devices and displaying and playing audible alerts should a device become unavailable. We can then alert the appropriate support personnel onsite that a problem exists. PicNet's RMS monitors and alerts the three vital signs of your network and its resources; availability speed and usage. - Availability - ensures that both internal and external clients can access your services, servers, web sites, mail servers, database servers and that communication links are working, as well if your Internet Service Provider is adhering to its SLA.
