DMS Maritime

PicNet has a strong and long standing relationship with DMS Maritime (DMS). PicNet Consults to DMS in all aspects of Information Technology and develops all of its internet/intranet based applications. DMS has outsourced to PicNet all of its Technology services, including Project Management and Consulting, Engineering Services and Software Development. This service is provided to DMS with Information Technology engineers and developers dedicated to DMS and based at DMS's premises.

PicNet is responsible for the IT infrastructure support of all of these contracts as well as providing software development services and project management functions.

Reckitt Benckiser is a global consumer goods company, making and marketing home, health and personal care products. Reckitt Benckiser and PicNet have partnered to deliver important business projects and IT support. These include Business Continuity Planning using PicNet's Risk Shield, IT DRP, Business Analysis, .Net application development and on going IT Helpdesk for its desktop applications.

Cellarforce has brought relationship marketing to the wine industry. The Cellarforce model harnesses the good will between wineries and their private customers, using it to generate a telephone-based relationship that embraces both selling and other important and valuable – but less tangible – benefits.

Cellarforce has outsourced their software development needs to PicNet to develop, enhance and maintain its internal systems using Microsoft .Net technologies.

PicNet has consulted to Fuji Xerox Australia in the areas of professional services strategies, risk management, six sigma and business continuity planning. Additionally, PicNet has provided Fuji Xerox Australia with technology engineers and consults regularly in other areas of IT.

Novartis Australia

Novartis Australia (www.novartis.com.au) is a leading provider of innovative solutions to improve health and well-being. Novartis employs more than 500 people across Australia, and invests over $27m annually in local research and related activity. Its businesses include - pharmaceuticals, consumer health, generics, eye-care, and animal health - and enable us to help people right around Australia deal with the challenges of conditions as diverse as breast cancer, mental illness, menopause and fungal infections.

Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) is a leading independent provider of global factory-to-dealer transport solutions for the automotive, agricultural and construction equipment industries. PicNet develops on line software for WWL to cut costs and facilitate current work processes for WWL. PicNet provides business analysis, project management and development of the application using .Net technologies. PicNet has also previously consulted for WWL and WWS in the implementation of i2 Technology Transportation Management System. PicNet has also successfully project managed the implementation of this solution for WWS, the first in Australia. PicNet also deployed additional professional services resources to complete the above project.

MGM Group

OEM Technology Solutions apply technology, innovative engineering and design services to develop control and automation products and systems. Dominion Electronics supplies single board computers, embedded core modules, programmable controllers, graphical displays and associated software products and services throughout Australia. The company has been serving the embedded computer industry since 1993.

Pfizer required a major new financial budgeting and forecasting system across their business, engaging PicNet Information Technology Solutions to manage the project – from business analysis and requirements gathering to vendor selection and technical implementation.
