Guido has been with PicNet since 2005, prior to which he carried a total of 10 years of Software Development and management experience.

He has made significant contribution in leading his team in numerous software development projects for clients as well as internal applications such as the sophisticated Enterprise Risk Management System - Risk Shield. This system has also helped in successful delivery of other projects where developing software in current times no longer relies solely on good programming skills but also incorporating good understanding of business and mitigating risks.

Following this he led the development of the award winning web application, Mouse Eye Tracking - a usability tool that reveals website visitor activity.

Guido's technology skills lie predominately in Microsoft .Net, Java, Web and XML technologies.
