PhD® provides an effective logging system where users are able to create and track jobs on their personalised list. The jobs are then directed to respective technicians for response.

Communications between users and technicians are done through an integration of email notification and phone text messaging system for urgent cases that requires immediate action.

Management and Performance Evaluation

Monitoring tools aid managers and technicians by generating reports on past jobs performed. Reports that are beneficial for periodic meetings as a foundation to evaluate performance of:
